Ingersoll Machine Tools, ORNL to develop very large 3D printing system

Announced atIMTSon the 12th of September,Ingersoll Machine Toolsis forming a partnership withOak Ridge National Laboratory发展WHAM. Wide and High Additive Manufacturing, or WHAM, will be a very large AM system featuring targeted laydown rates of 1,000 lb/hr on a build envelop of 23 ft wide by 10 ft high by 46 ft long, which is massive.

该机器将代表与当前大型增材制造系统相比,速度和尺寸的数量级增加。雷电竞充值它们可以在接下来的18-24个月的某个时候在商业上获得。
