A designer, an airplane, and a 3D printer
3D printers can reduce lead times and enable on-spot maintenance and repair. Due to these benefit, thearmyandair forceof various countries have shown a lot of interest in the technology. ManyU.S MilitaryandAir Force(USAF) bases have made 3D printers and 3D scanners as part of their repair toolkit.
